Shipping

We pride ourselves on providing a first class shipping service. All artworks are shipped in robust packaging, designed to minimise the possibility of damage occurring in transit.
For artworks which are ‘ready to ship’ where possible we will arrange for next day or express services (1-3 days), however please allow:

• Up to 5 working days for deliveries within the UK
• Up to 10 working days for deliveries to the European Union & USA
• Up to 28 days for deliveries to other destinations.

For artworks which require customisation / assembly delivery estimates are detailed on the relevant product pages. We will also send confirmation of estimated delivery times.

Deliveries may need to be signed for and we may need to pass on a contact telephone number for the recipient to the courier
Once your package has been collected by our courier we will send you tracking details.

Damages

Please contact us immediately if your artwork arrives damaged. If possible please take photographs of the damage and email them to us. We will arrange for collection of the damaged works and send replacements (subject to availability).

Returns

If you wish to return an artwork which is not damaged or faulty, you may do so within a period of 10 working days from the date the artwork was delivered to you and signed for.
Return shipping must be booked and paid for by you.
Artworks must be returned in their original packaging, with reasonable care taken to ensure the products are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit.
Once we have received the returned items in undamaged / re-saleable condition we will issue a refund with original shipping costs deducted.
